Data collection during implementation
During the intervention itself, data collection should be ongoing. You are not simply waiting for the intervention to end to see what happened – you are continuously observing, recording, and reflecting. This is what makes action research iterative: you adjust as you go, based on what the data tells you. Tools such as teacher observation journals, student response logs, and periodic assessments help capture change as it unfolds rather than only at the end.
Reporting and applying findings
