They make abstract concepts tangible, cater to different learning styles, and keep students engaged. But here’s the reality: despite their obvious benefits, teaching aids are underused or poorly used in a large number of classrooms around the world. The reasons range from teachers not knowing how to use them effectively, to schools simply not having the money to buy them. Let’s break down the most common challenges educators face when using teaching aids, and explore practical solutions for each.
