The platform hosts courses from Class 9 through post-graduation, all available free of cost. In countries like India, where online assessment platforms like SWAYAM aim to reach the most disadvantaged, this gap is a serious obstacle. Students from low-income families, rural communities, and marginalised groups are disproportionately affected.

Cheating is a persistent concern in online assessments. Without physical invigilation, it is easier for students to access unauthorised materials, share answers, or have someone else take the test.
