Now walk into a classroom where students share one textbook between three, where lab equipment is broken, and chairs are in disrepair. The contrast isn’t just physical. It shows up in student performance, teacher morale, and institutional reputation. Material resources are not a luxury in education – they are a core input that shapes the quality of every lesson taught and every skill acquired. The real question is not just whether an institution has these resources, but how well it manages them.
